Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before joining the Verdella Creator Program. By registering, you agree to all terms listed below.

Section 1

Program Overview

By registering for the Verdella Creator Program, you agree to participate as an independent promoter of Verdella products. This program allows creators to earn commissions, unlock rewards, and receive PR packages based on performance and activity.
Section 2

Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate personal and social media information.
  • Your Instagram account must be active and public.
  • Verdella reserves the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.
Section 3

Referral Code & Tracking

  • Each creator will receive a unique referral code.
  • Commissions will be calculated only on valid orders placed using your assigned code.
  • Verdella is not responsible for missed tracking due to incorrect code usage or external issues.
Section 4

Earnings & Commission

  • Commission is earned only on successfully delivered and non-returned orders.
  • Commission percentages may vary based on your current tier.
  • Verdella reserves the right to revise commission structures at any time.
Section 5

Activation Rewards

  • Signup and activity-based bonuses are part of an activation system designed to encourage participation.
  • Final reward unlock is granted only after completing required actions, including at least one successful order.
  • These rewards are non-transferable and subject to verification.
Section 6

PR Package Eligibility

  • PR packages are not guaranteed upon signup.
  • They are unlocked only after meeting performance criteria defined by Verdella.
  • Verdella reserves the right to approve or deny PR dispatch based on activity, content quality, or misuse concerns.
Section 7

Content Requirements

  • Creators are expected to post original content (reels/stories) promoting Verdella.
  • Content must not be misleading, false, or harmful to the brand.
  • Verdella reserves the right to request content removal if it does not align with brand guidelines.
Section 8

Content Usage Rights

By participating, you grant Verdella the right to reuse, repost, and promote your content across social media, ads, and marketing channels without additional compensation.
Section 9

Payout Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹200 (or as updated).
  • Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle (typically on the 5th).
  • Payout may be held until required actions (such as content submission or verification) are completed.
  • Incorrect bank or UPI details provided by the creator are not Verdella's responsibility.
Section 10

Fraud & Misuse Policy

The following actions will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of earnings:

  • Self-ordering using own referral code for profit.
  • Fake or bulk orders.
  • Misleading claims about the product.
  • Spamming or unethical promotion.
  • Verdella reserves full rights to investigate and take action without prior notice.
Section 11

Account Suspension

Verdella may suspend or terminate any account that:

  • Shows inactivity.
  • Violates program rules.
  • Engages in suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
Section 12

Program Changes

Verdella reserves the right to:

  • Modify rewards, commissions, or structure.
  • Pause or discontinue the program.
  • Update terms at any time without prior notice.
Section 13

Liability

Verdella shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of earnings due to inactivity.
  • Platform-related issues (Instagram, website, etc.).
  • Any indirect or incidental damages.
Section 15

Compliance with Laws

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their content, promotions, and activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines, including but not limited to advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and consumer protection laws. Verdella shall not be held responsible or liable for any legal violations, claims, penalties, or damages arising from a creator's actions, content, or promotional methods.
Section 16

Independent Relationship

Creators participate in the program as independent individuals and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Verdella. Nothing in this program shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Section 17

No Guarantee of Earnings

Verdella does not guarantee any specific income or results. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, content performance, and audience response.
Section 18

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdella shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunities, or reputational impact.
Section 19

Indemnification

By participating in the program, creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verdella and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Misrepresentation or misleading promotion.
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any content created or published by the creator.
Section 20

Binding Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the program and selecting the acceptance checkbox, the creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions. Failure to read the Terms & Conditions shall not exempt the creator from being bound by them, and no claims arising from misunderstanding or lack of awareness will be entertained.
